Caleb Martin

I'm a self-taught developer with 8+ years across full-stack software, ML, and robotics. I was homeschooled, grew up on an organic farm, and have been programming and hacking on robotics since I was 14. Since August 2023, I've gone independent on visuomotor policy research with a focus on manipulation — I built a flow-matching vision-action policy on a UFactory xArm 7 (working around the time Physical Intelligence released their first model), a VR teleoperation system, and an end-to-end data collection and training pipeline for robotic manipulation visuomotor policies, including a high-performance C++ data collection library.

Most recently Senior Engineer at Parkworks (Feb 2024 – May 2026), a fully robotic parking garage. Previously: Transistor Bio (robotics for preclinical drug testing), TripSuite (founding engineer), J.B. Hunt (Carrier 360), and earlier startup work.
